Contract templates
One template covers all three documents a batch can use: the contract itself, the Offer Submission Form, and the addenda checkbox grid. Map any or all of the three — generate.html leaves a section blank rather than guessing if you skip it. Nothing here uploads anywhere; each PDF only exists in this browser tab while you're placing fields, and only the coordinates you click get saved.
Blank starting points for the three documents most setup calls end up needing. Download one, fill it in with your own info as a working example, then use the uploader in whichever section below matches it — these aren't auto-mapped, they're just a clean starting point instead of a blank page.
Log which addenda apply to a deal and where each one stands — sent, signed, notes.

The separate form sent to listing agents alongside the signed contract — only needed if you use one and want it auto-filled. Skip this section and it just gets zipped up unfilled, same as uploading it directly on the Generate page.
Wherever your contract lists addenda A through GG for the buyer to check off — click the center of each checkbox that applies to you. Every letter lives on the same page in a real grid, so you only need to load that one page's PDF once; navigate to find it, then place as many letters as you actually use (you don't need all 33).
Saves all three sections above together, whatever state they're each in right now — sections you never touched (or that were already loaded from an "Edit") are included exactly as they are, nothing gets cleared just because you didn't click into it this time.
Templates other accounts have chosen to share — click-to-place coordinates only, never the actual PDF content. Clone one into your own account to start from it, then adjust anything that doesn't quite match your own copy of the form.
