The built-in layout also handles auto-wrapping legal descriptions, the addenda checkbox grid, and the Section 20 additional-terms box. Custom templates only fill in the standard fields you've placed on the Contract templates page — those extra sections are left blank.

How big the values printed onto blank lines (price, dates, escrow info, etc.) come out — this doesn't touch the contract's own pre-printed text, only what gets typed in. Text that's too wide for its line still auto-shrinks to fit, same as always; there's no automatic protection against text getting too tall and crowding the printed line above it, since that depends on your exact form's spacing, which I can't see from here. Generate one test offer after changing this and look at it before trusting it on a full batch.
The PDF you use for every offer — escrow agent, buyer, and boilerplate already filled in.
If generation errors out on this file: open it, then Print → Save as PDF (Mac) or Print → Microsoft Print to PDF (Windows), and upload that copy instead. Some export tools (including Form Simplicity) write PDFs with a structure this tool can't fully parse — printing to PDF rebuilds it cleanly.
One-page cover sheet (Property / Seller / Buyer / Offer Summary) generated alongside each contract. Leave blank to skip it.
One row per offer — the same column layout as your existing sheet. The Sale Type column (Standard / Short Sale / Probate) automatically drives the deposit amounts and Additional Terms on every contract — see the note at the bottom of the page.
One row per offer, with an "X" in the column for each addenda letter that applies (Section 19, page 11). Checkbox positions are already mapped to the standard FloridaRealtors/FloridaBar-ASIS-7x (Rev.2/26) layout — no setup needed.
Offers with no matching row in the tracker are generated with the addenda page left unchecked. If your contract's addenda section isn't on page 11, change the page number below.
When A (Condominium Rider) is checked, "Contingent upon Condo Approval." is added to the Additional Terms section on page 12. When B (Homeowners' Assn.) is checked, "Contingent upon HOA Approval." is added instead. A property is one or the other, never both — if a row has both A and B checked, that's a tracker conflict; Condo (A) is used and the conflict is flagged so you can fix the tracker.
Only needed if your contract template's Buyer line is blank. Leave empty if it's already filled in (like your current template).
If filled in, this gets written onto the "and ___ (Buyer)" line on page 1 of the contract. The submission form's Buyer line is left untouched, since it's already printed on your template. Double‑check placement on your first run — positioning is estimated.
Leave blank to just get a ZIP you upload manually on the Send page's Step A. Fill this in and every generated contract — plus its submission form, if you uploaded a submission form template above — is uploaded automatically the moment generation finishes — you'll get the buyer's signing link right here, no ZIP re-upload needed. The submission form isn't shown to the buyer; it just travels alongside so the Send page can pull it in automatically later.
Uses the Buyer name on record field above for the name shown on the signing page. An existing, still-valid link for this email is reused rather than replaced, so this is safe to leave filled in for every batch you run for the same buyer. If this buyer has Additional terms saved on their profile (Send page → buyer dashboard), those are pulled in automatically and printed in Section 20 of every offer in this batch — filling this in earlier than Step 06 doesn't matter, it's read fresh right when you click Generate below.
A blocked agent's rows are skipped automatically the next time you generate — matched by name against the sheet's Listing Agent Name column, since this sheet has no agent email column. Skipped rows are called out clearly in the status message above, never silently dropped.
