Raheem Offer Pro ("the Service," "this platform") is a tool for real estate wholesalers, investors, and agents ("Users," "you") to generate purchase offer contracts and related documents from a spreadsheet of property data, collect e-signatures from buyers, and send completed offers to listing agents. The Service does not draft, review, or provide legal advice about the contracts it generates — it fills in the contract template you provide with the data you supply.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You're responsible for:
You are solely responsible for having proper rights and licensing to any contract form (e.g. a state Realtors' association purchase contract) you upload, map, and use through the template-mapper tool. This platform does not supply, license, sell, or redistribute the underlying contract form itself — it only provides tools to position your data onto a PDF you provide. If the form you use requires a paid license or association membership to use lawfully, that obligation is yours, not the Service's.
Generating and sending an offer through this Service means entering another person's name, contact information, and — once they sign — their signature and the resulting contract, all without that person creating an account or agreeing to these Terms themselves. You represent that you have a legitimate basis for entering that person's information and sending them an offer for signature. Full detail on what's stored and how is in the Privacy Policy.
If you connect an optional third-party listing-status or lead-import API (Section 12), you're separately responsible for your own account, credentials, and terms of use with that provider — this platform only stores your API key (encrypted) and relays requests you initiate to their service.
You may not use the Service to:
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account under Section 7.
Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. You can view and manage your subscription, including cancellation, from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated otherwise at signup. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings — see Section 5 of the Privacy Policy for exactly what that deletes. The Service may suspend or terminate an account that violates Section 5 (Acceptable use), that we reasonably believe poses a fraud or security risk, or for non-payment of applicable fees. Where practical, we'll attempt to notify you before or promptly after suspension and explain why.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The Service is a document-generation and e-signature tool, not a legal, brokerage, or real estate advisory service, and using it does not create an attorney-client or brokerage relationship between you and the platform operator. You are solely responsible for the legal accuracy, enforceability, and consequences of any offer you generate and send. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, given the Service's built-in contract templates are currently Florida-specific. This section should be confirmed with counsel, particularly once Users outside Florida are onboarded.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the version note below, and continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@offerproflow.com.
The Service supports optional, User-initiated connections to third-party services you provide your own credentials for, including a connected Gmail account (for sending offers — this happens directly between your browser and Google's servers using your own OAuth token; this platform's server does not see your Gmail password or handle your outgoing email content), and optionally an MLS (RESO Web API), a non-MLS listing-status API, or a lead-generation platform's API (each requiring your own account and API key with that provider). Your use of any such third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms, separate from this one.
